This place is wonderful! We have been in many places throughout the world but this is the best equipped B&B I can recall. It has everything! Other than five star hotels, where do you find a package of toothpaste and brush in case your forgot yours? The very homey atmosphere is excellent. There are home-made fig muffins, bread, granola, rhubarb jam and nectar. All so delicious and so well made. And if that isn’t enough to sing high praises there are Molly and Chris who are such thoughtful and kind hosts. Really special. Did I mention the grounds and the garden? What a delight.

Here for our third time. Such a relief to pull into the driveway after coming from Tofino and knowing it will feel like being home! In fact, we’d like to believe it really is our home! Thanks for a lovely place to lay our heads.

We feel so blessed to have spent these past four months here at Copperfern. The space has been a beautiful backdrop for our work and your hospitality such a delight. We’ve left a puzzle here for future guests (or you!) to enjoy.

Thanks for a very enjoyable stay at your guesthouse the best we have been to anywhere. There was nothing we needed that we could not find. An impeccable place! Between Hot Chocolates in Courtenay and the hikes around Paradise Meadows we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful people, beautiful design, incredibly well supplied and organized – Copper Fern is a first-rate guest house. Local provisions were great. Your first guests at the potentially named B&B “The Copper Fern”! It has been a beautiful weekend celebrating Nichole and Jarrett’s wedding together, getting a little taste of Courtenay & Comox, visiting a few of the town’s delights and waking up to a basket of blueberry muffins on our front door step. You both are so warm and welcoming and have created a most memorable experience for myself and my “roomies”!
